How do i edit my spot channels with Channel mixer tool ??

I work in a ceramic tile production Co. in this company we use 6 color channels at our printers. so we have to create new spot channels to use other color channels. a big problem for this job is that we can't use this spot Channels in channel mixer . is any way to i use this optinal tool for my spotchannels??
