How do I enable the floating brush selection window next to my cursor?

Okay, not sure if the title is specific enough, but I'm not sure how to describe it...

I recently updated my photoshop CC, and now I can no longer access the quick selection menu for brushes (<- probably why I'm having trouble finding a solution to my problem, if I google that, I only get tips on the quick selection tool, which is not what I'm talking about).

In my previous version of photoshop, when I right-clicked (or rather used the button on my wacom stylus, which I had assigned right click to) on the canvas with my brush-tool selected, it opened up a panel right next to my cursor, in which I could quickly select from the list of my installed brushes.

This shortcut is now gone.

I'm NOT talking about the window that pops up if I press F5, that still works. It's a smaller, more compact version of the brush preset picker, basically just the thumbnails of the brushes, a size and a hardness slider, that's it.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about, and how I can re-enable that feature?

For the time being I'll have to use the F5 one...

With the Brush tool Active a Right click should pop open a dialog like on one in this red  rectangle frame. Also holding the Alt|Option key down a right click should pop up and interactive preview dialog you can adjust the brush tip size and hardness also shown in the screen capture.
