How do I resize an image?

I am trying to upload 4 different images on vistaprint so I can order business cards. They are all the same size (I believe), however vistaprint is saying the last one is too big so I cannot upload it. So I am trying to make the entire image scale to fit and am not sure how. I can't chat with the technical team as I do not have the box that the program was purchased in and do not have the serial number. I have version 13.

Hi, you have to use the command Image -> image size

    Photoshop image size and resolution

Then you can create an action to perform to every image

    Hi,

I agree with Francesco. This is how it looks like in Photoshop.

Image (Bild) -> Image size (Bildgröße)

    Hope this helps,

    Photoshop Elements 13?

    Or Photoshop CS6?
