Question

How do I set the dimensions to pixels?

I need to change the dimensions of some images copied into photoshop, i'm using ctrl+T to open the dimensions bar and changing the x/y dimensions but it defaults to % all the time.

Is there any way to set this feature so that it displays the image/layer's dimensions in pixels as default rather than %?

I'm using CS5 extended

Cheers

This used to bug me a lot - but I guess I got used to this bad UX after many years... 😉

Hi,

you can always select the object and open the properties panel adjust in px from there.

also if you insert a number in the little box with px (e.g. 100px) it will stay as px for the other objects selected too.
