How do I stop the pop up asking if I want to store on the cloud?

When saving images from Photoshop a pop up asks if I want to save in the cloud and tells me I am not connected to the internet. I do not store in the cloud and want to stop this notification, How can I stop it?

Go to Preferences > File Handling > Default File Location > Set to "On your computer" and restart Photoshop
