How do you enlarge tool bar?

I have Photoshop CS6 and, in the past, ran it on a medium sized monitor. I just upgraded to a large size monitor and now the toolbars along the top and left side are so tiny I can barely read them. Going into "Display"on the desk top computer and upping the resolution helped with some things but not with the tool bars along the top and left side. Any suggestions?

On the Photoshop.exe or Photoshop shortcut right click and select properties and do the folowing

With CS6, about the only thing you can do is a registry hack. See this link, on how to do it.
