How do you fix the brushes' sizes changing upon selecting a different brush?

I'm using some custom brushes I downloaded.

It wasn't like this before but now when I click on the brushes, the size of my current brush gets replaced with some default size that custom brush comes with.

So basically, my brush size gets changed everytime I change my brush and I want to turn that feature off.

If I can understand your problem correctly then you need to re-create brush presets without Capture Brush Size in Preset. If that option was checked upon preset creation then you do not have any setting or button to stop it or to exclude captured brush size when selecting new preset for the Brush tool.

Size is a feature of a Brush, so could you please provdie meaningful screenshots (including all pertinent Panels) to illustrate what you are doing and what you are expecting to happen differently?
