How do you fix the lighting on my face, I'm getting very frustrated

Ive been having trouble trying the fix the light on my face where it would be uniform in brightness, would be cool if someone could do it for me

This forum is for giving advice so that you can do things yourself; not for hiring someone to do the work for you.

There are many techniques to fix the lighting. It is a time-consuming task. You can use a combination of Shadows/Highlights, layer masks, curves adjustment, hue/saturation adjustment, and so forth. I would suggest making a copy of the image or the original layer first so that you can experiment.
