I set my camera to make image convert to 16:9 ratio. Btw, in the raw file, the image has to be saved in 3:2 ratio right? But when I open raw files in photoshop 2023, in came with like 16:9 ratio. How I could open raw file in 3:2 ratio in photoshop?

ACR will be showing you the image ratio as set in the camera, but it should be possible to change this.

I don't have a camera 16:9 raw to test, but in my experience using Lightroom (which has the same rendering engine as ACR )

it is possible to use the Crop tool (in Lr or ACR) and reset the crop to the full frame, before opening in Ps.

The ability to do this may be camera specific, and certainly not possible with camera JPGs, or after opening in Ps..

Try testing- Use the Crop Tool in ACR and 'Reset'.

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.1.1, Photoshop 27.3.1, ACR 18.1.1, Lightroom 9.0, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.2 .

Camera Raw open the images the way they are configurated by the camera. As I have been told, It is not possible for CR to recover the full frame. If set to 16:9 it will be 16:9. Some cameras have a full frame recovering function.
