How often you change the system

Thinking back, it's been every six-seven years, pretty consistently. But I have replaced the GPU separately a couple of times.

If your concern is AI-based tools, that's mostly the GPU and not so much the rest of the system, as long as you have enough disk space to handle the temp files.

Generative AI is processed on Adobe's servers, so your machine is irrelevant.
