How save my work in my device using photoshop 2020 ?

HI
Recently I've installed Photoshop 2020 and noticed that I can not save my work on my device with PSD format or even tiff the only available option is the cloud but I don't need to save it on the cloud
could you please help me?

File>save as> it open your desktop

I click on the save as ) but just I can save on the cloud

If you don't see that dialog, try a preference reset
