To type on top of a photo, click with the Type tool to create a new layer, type the new text, and format the text with the Character panel.

To get the degree ° symbol, use Option+Shift+8 on a Mac or press and hold down Alt while typing 0176 on the Numeric keypad on the right.

Is that what you are asking?

Hello,

Thank you!

That’s what I was asking, do you also know how to add that line in front of the word “soil erosion”?

And the effect on the left of the picture with the coordinates Vertical but in some type of box

To draw the line to the left of the words, you can use the Line tool set to Shape mode in the options bar. It will create a new layer Details here:

Do you mean the coordinates that are rotated? If so there are two elements.

  • Draw a rounded rectangle (Shape mode in the options bar). It will create a new layer. Format it with the Properties panel (Window menu) and adjust the corners. Click the fx button at the bottom of the Layers panel and apply a bevel.

  • Type the text and format it. Go to Edit > Transform > Rotate and rotate -90°. You can type this in the options bar. Use the move tool to move the type into place.

By now you have several layers. Name them properly in the Layers panel and move them up or down if they are hidden behind another layer.
