How to access works on a discontinued account

Question

Don't know if this is the right forum to ask but my question is a bit complex:

is there a way to access my works through my old photoshop account? this was an old school subscription which I had no control over, plus the school email linked to the account has been discontinued as well..(I can still somewhat sign into it online though)

I have another account now that is not at all connected to this old email but I would really like to have my old works on my old account.

Derek, the trial version only works for folks who have not subscribed before.

Contact the IT at your school and see if what they can do for you.

If files are stored on the Cloud, they are connected to the account which created them and will remain for a short time after the account is closed
If files are stored on the computer, they reside on that computer until they are deleted
If files are stored on the schools network drive, they reside on the network drive until they are deleted

If you're trying to access and open of files that are in PSD format, assuming you have suitable system requirements and you can access where your old files are, you could download the trial version of Photoshop and over the next seven days (hopefully) open these documents and save them as say JPGs.
