How to add social media link [to E-mail Signature]

Hello,

I'm trying to add social media link on to my email signature. I have designed everything on photoshop and now I want to add the links for the social media. How can I do that? Does anybody know how to fix this?

    Photoshop cannot write code necessary for an e-mail signature.  I suggest you look at online services that specialize in this sort of thing.  See links below.  A Google search will reveal others.
