How to align the path anchor point to another anchor and another path?

It is easy to align an anchor point in illustrator, but I am confused in Photoshop, cause it can't be aligned automatically, how to fix it?

When I’m working in PS and need to align and distribute anchor points, I create my path in Illustrator, then copy and paste the path to PS. It’s one of several reasons to go back and forth between the two programs when one does something better than the other.

PS really lacks the features of IA when dealing with vectors. The issue with aligning them in PS is that unless the anchor point aligns with the vector's bounds, there is no way to align them, other than writing a script, and even in doing that, you ould have to know the exact order of the anchor points to align the correct ones.

Thus under 8 bits mode, each channel has 256 colors, it would be 65536 colors for each channel under 16 bits mode, and it would be 16 million colors under 32 bits mode per channel, and it would be 256 trillion x16 million colors options, is that right??

The only way I think you may be able to that is to set verticals and horizontal guids at the X,Y points and snap to guides.
