How to apply a transformation you just made to a picture into a saved selection?

Let's say you have made a transformation to an image with a few saved selections, after the transformation is done, the selections aren't good anymore, so is there a way to apply those transformations to the saved selections as well, so the selections remain usable?

Do you mean to apply same transformation to saved Alpha channel?
After applying free transform to layer with image select alpha channel in the Channels panel and try with Transform > Again.

    works like a charm; thanks a lot .... but what if for example you applied manual lens distortion correction via the camera raw filter, how can you apply this distortion correction to the selection as well?
