I want to develop a software recently. I need to call the function of Photoshop, but I don't want the interface of Photoshop to be displayed. How can I do this?

Indeed, the terms of use state you must not "access or attempt to access the Services or Software by any means other than the interface we provide or authorize"

Sign up for the Photoshop as a Service beta program.

Request Early Access to Photoshop Service APIs

The Links do not seem to be an Adobe.com type id url no Adobe in them.

Replicate Photoshop without Adobe graph UI. Replace Adobe graphic UI with some API  so you can use photoshop as a service.  Adobe Photoshop does not have a service API interface. I even believe the Adobe's licensing and subscription prohibits users from making Photoshop a server service.

Photoshop has a GUI, even when called from a script or Droplet, Photoshop has to load, even if you hide all panels. In the past, I'd generally suggest the use of a different "back-end", such as one of the following CLI tools:

    https://imagemagick.org/index.php

    http://www.graphicsmagick.org

Or perhaps a native function of the Mac OS or another tool – and these still may be best considering that they offer no GUI and their associated licensing, distribution etc...

However, if you really want "Photoshop" without a GUI, then Adobe has recently added the following:
