How to cancel my free trial if its under a university plan?

I desperately need to cancel my free trial. I have 3 days left. My account is under my university's plan. I looked for tutorials everywhere but can't find out how to cancel mine because I don't have the "manage plans" tab on the "overview" of my account. It just shows this page like in the picture. Please help! Also, if I uninstall the application, will it automatically cancel my trial? Or is it only available to cancel on the 7th day, the day it expires?
