how to change a color of vector mask

Could you please post a screenshot with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Paths, Options Bar, …) visible? 

Vector Mask like Layer mask  Are more a map for the layers content for what area are fully visible partly visible and and not visible.  Mask do have image content  they mask a layer content.  Some layer have image content other layers can adjust other layer content and the adjustment layer can bet masked so it will only adjust select pat of the  other lat or layers,  A mask is a selection.  A vector mask is a mathematical plot of a selection a Path(s)  Added to a layer as as vector mask it controls what is visible in the layer.  All Shape layer have a vector layer mask that is only indicated as a little icon in the bottom right of a shape layer content thumbnail in the layers palette.   Shape layer are fill Layers.  The fill can be empty, a solid color, a gradient, or pattern.  Vector mask can be added to other layers and the will be displayed as vector mask in the layers pallet masking the contents of the layer. Path can also be defined as custom Shapes.   This is great for Logo.   However, Shape are fill layers and they is only one fill. So if you want more the one color to will need multiple shapes layers or Add your Logo Vector path as a vector mask  to a colored layer you paint with colors.
