How to change an item in a product photo to a specific color or hex code.

I want to change the color of a product in a product photo using Hue/Saturation and am doing it using two rectangles with the current color and intended color. I am close but can not get exact. Any thoughts or suggestions? I have done before and it is very accurate and keeps the tone ass well. See below:
