How to change duration of image when adding media into video group in CS6

Hello,

I would like to import a sequence of images into a video group through the 'add media' function. However, it always imports with each image having a duration length of 5 seconds. Is there any way to change the setting for 'add media' so that they only last for 1 frame?

Also, is there a way to change the duration length of multiple layers on the timeline?
