How to change font-size with buttons up and down

Hello everyone!

My PS CC 2017 was updated to PS CC 2018 and I have next problem:

My font-size doesn't change visually when i change font-size with buttons keyboard up and down or with mouse scroll. He can change visually only if i have been press "Enter".

Where i can fix it?
