How to change language from English to German in PS 2022

Hi I want to change the PS language from English to German but don´t know how. Adobe write that I need to exchange my PS but I need to register with a series number for my PS, which I can´t find! HELP!!

    You do not need to exchange your PS. You will need to uninstall and then reinstall the German Language version of Photoshop.

    You must be joking!!! So much fuss just over one setting. Come on, Adobe! Those are such small things that make people hate the product.
