How to change liquify specific shortcuts?

So I want to change brush size shortcuts from "[ ] to D F" and when I do that in the edit shortcuts menu, it all works well until I open liquify... Liquify has its own set of shortcuts so brush resizing is done with [ ] even when changed in the edit shortcut menu.

Does anyone know how can I change brush resizing in Liquify filter?
