How to change Pixel Aspect Ratio in Photoshop CC 2015?

In former Version you could directly change the PAR under Image. Now it`s only possible while creating a new Image, at least I couldn`t find a hint where it might be located now.

Any tipps?

        It's in the IMAGE menu at the top of the Photoshop window. Once in there select IMAGE SIZE.
