How to convert PNG to JPEG Quality

Hi guys is there a way how to convert my PNG image to JPEG quality without loosing the quality?I tried to export or save as into JPEG and it happens my image looks like low resolution.Is this normal?My photoshop version is CS2 2005.

Hi

When you Save As > JPEG, what settings are you choosing? Are you choosing the highest?

A JPEG is lossy — it will degrade every time you work on it and save it, so it should only be saved once. It does not support transparency.

May I ask why you need a JPEG?

I'm choosing high resolution and i need a JPEG because i'm using for website gallery and it happens my website script does support only JPEG file type.
