How to create a centered guide line using vbs?

Im trying to create a guide line in the center of the active document with visual basic script but i cant seem to find any information regarding this on adobe's scripting guide site. Any help would be much appreciated.

By the way: i am able to perform the .vbs within PS via another .JSX script. Its just the method for creating the guides that i cant find anywhere... 😃
