How to create void pantograph using photoshop

Hello everyone, 

Am circling a lot regards void pantograph using photoshop, i tried certain methods butbeachbtime it gives different result, Can anyone Guide me through, Thanks in Advance

normally means the image has the word "void' hidden in the background... they are old [pointless] and easy to work around so I assume you are making this for school... anyway have a look at this one made by Stephen and let us know if that helps?

sometimes its just a hidden pattern like a cross which is made in a different way and a little harder to work around... I made an action to remove these back in the day
