How to delete a collection of unused styles.

I am having a spring clean of my Photoshop styles and I have found I have far too many repeated styles. I am deleting them one at at a time, but it is so time consuming, I just wondered if anyone out there knew how i could group a batch together and get rid of them in one go please???
