How to delete a printer from list?

I just got a new printer (Epson P7000) and I love it, but whenever I go file-print, it brings me to the old printer where I have to reset 1.correct printer 2. correct paper 3. color management

I would be so happy if I could just delete the old printer from the list.

Have you set the new printer as the default printer, also have you completely uninstalled the old printer driver and software
