How to delete the Pinterest symbol

Hi!  I purchased business cards on Etsy tonight.  I was directed to Adobe Photoshop and was told that was the only place to edit them.  I have had no issues until now.  I am trying to delete the "P" Pinterest symbol because I do not have a Pinterest account.  I can not for the life of me figure it out.  It keeps saying something about layers and this is all a foreign language to me.  I have never used this program before tonight.  Please help!
