Question

How to edit text

Hi!

I'm just wondering how I can edit text to make it look like the image below. I have tried using brush effects to rub out parts however it doesn't look the same. This looks like a halftone circle has somehow been used to make holes in the text.

Thanks!

Lucy

    Hi

If you have Adobe Illustrator, create a pattern and apply it as a second Fill using the Appearance panel.

The Hard Mix-approach can be combined with Blend if- and Knockout-settings on Groups in a Normal-Group to effect transparency on the type layer.

One can simulate halftone screening with Hard Mix-Pattern Layers.

Hi i hope you have similar font or may be check in stencil fonts category, then find small circles textues in white with no background place it above on texture then erase it....this is simple and easy method.
