How to export product photo's in batch with a static background

Hi,

I am sure the answer to my question is very simple but I am not able to merge two layers to one and export it as a batch:

1. I have a background with my company logo this layer I have locked

2. I  put my products a layer over it in multiple as I then see the logo of my company and product photo.

My main problem is that I am at moment exporting it one by one which takes a lot of time. I would like to know how I can quickly export 100 of product photo's with the same background of my logo.

I have tried to linke the layers, locked the layers and I have used export layers as files but obviously my logo background won't show.

I am sure it is very simple but I just cannot find the answer. I hope someone can help with this.
