How to extend the texture of certain images?

I want to extend the four sides of an image to create a texture which will be applied to a 3d model. How would I go about doing so with the attached image?

By extending, I would be able to cover the front and sides of the 3d model.

    I think you should use a real 3D application to create 3D models, not a 2D Image editor with a 3D add-ons that has limited function.  You may be able to open your model created in that 3D application in Photoshop.
