How to generate full PSD template of this site?

I am not sure you can create a PSD file of a site as usually there are programming parameters built into the site.

What one can do is take screen captures on each section and then place them into a Photoshop document that has a long height.

Then you could write notes.  Usually when I discuss ideas with our designers at the agency I do that.  Kind of create a guideline to what I want.  Then show examples of sites that are similar.  Usually that gets their brains buzzing and we can create something cool.

But maybe I am wrong.  Maybe there is a way..... but not something that I have heard of.

Do you own the site? Or are you connect with the person who built the site?
