PS doesn't have a font called, "Lobster".  The typekit doesn't have it either.  Other apps like "Spark" have it.  I like it.  How do I get this font into PS?

HP, windows 10, Intel i7

When you install a typeface on your computer, it will show up in all applications. You don’t need to add it to individual applications such as Photoshop.

I see we can now install fonts while Photoshop is running, and use them without restarting.  I don't think that was always the case — people will remember that Photoshop used to load fonts when starting.  Perhaps this was changed to facilitate Typekit?  There is a downside to this in that I've noticed there is sometimes now a delay when using the Type tool and clicking on the font  drop-down list.  Either way, I love that we can now install a new font, an immediately use it.
