How to get input and output to display in Curves dialog box?

My Curves dialog box is as shown on the left. I’m watching a YouTube video on matching skin tones, and they’re able to view and enter input and output values directly in their Curves dialog box as shown on the right. What do I need to do to get the input and output values to display and be changed as shown on the right? I’m running latest versions of MacOS and Photoshop. Thanks!
