How to "Get More Brushes"

I am using Photoshop CS6, and am trying to follow this post on how to create and modify brushes:

I am not sure why, but I don't have the option to "Get More Brushes" and am not sure if I am not looking in the right place?

The get more brushes option is only available as part of a Creative Cloud subscription and the more recent versions of Photoshop
