How to get rid of black dots after 3D render - Locked (Double post)

I am reposting because I was told my first image was lacking in info in order to know what the 3D issue may be. I'm having trouble figuring out how to fix this issue I have. Everytime I use stroke or drop shadow and begin rendering the 3D layer, I get these black dots that appear. How can I get rid of them and fix the issue? Thanks.
