HOW TO GET THE UPDATE OF ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CC VER 19 TO THE NEW PATCH 19.1.9

Dear All,

Please advice how to get the update of Adobe Photoshop CC ver.19 to the new patch 19.1.9 instead of update to version 20 with Adobe Creative Clouds Apps ver 5.1.0.407, as in my Creative Clouds Apps state up to date however I check in the about version of Adobe Photoshop still to version 19.

Creative Cloud only supports two latest version of the apps, so you won't be able to install or update your PS version 19 using CC app. The only way that could work is to try contacting the customer care and see if they can provide you with a link to download the updater.
