For the head, that was probably done with a Blend in Illustrator. See https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/blending-objects.html

The »morphing« of the outlines of the head-shape and the keyhole-shape looks, as @Semaphoric indicated, like a task for Illustrator.
