How to insert an image that is in binary string inside photoshop?

 

Example; I have an image that I transformed into a binary. I would like it to be possible to insert it in photoshop in JPG.

A binary image as in just black and white pixels? If it's an image, you should be able to just drag and drop it into an open PS document or depending on what kind of image - the extension, you should be able to just open it. More info needed... screenshot, image extension, etc.

      Can I do this in Codigo? say in a script?

      the goal is to insert the image without having to save it on my HD, I would like it to be saved within the proper code
