    Hi,

Yes it sounds a little strange but  thought it would be a way for me to work on a range of photos to edit them with photoshops (cropping them, image sizing the same for all of them, etc).

In fact it was not the right way as I ended up submitting as many pdf as they are images and then edit them with photoshop.

    Thanks for your help.

Converting a pdf that contains image/s can be detrimental to image quality.

It would seem more prudent to open the images themselves instead of converting the pages.

    Yes thank you.

I should ahve added that image quality is not a concern here as those images are simply going to be in a word document where the images are there only for documentation.

    Thanks anyhow for your help.

    Alternatively, in Acrobat,

    • Choose File > Export To > Image > Tiff

    • Or select and image, right-click and choose > Save Image As > Tiff

Then open the tiff in Photoshop.

In Photoshop, when you import your PDF, set the color mode to RGB or CMYK (depending on whichever is appropriate for your project).

    Oh thanks.

I had not seen the choice of grayscale, etc..

Then it is obvious of course!

Thanks but perhaps Adobe could make i a little more apparent so one sees it's there.

    Best

Why do you convert the pdfs to pixel images at all?

Can you provide such a pdf?

How exactly (and why) do you convert the pdf/s?

    Please post screenshots.

I think the OP created the PDF from a word document, at least that's what I got from the title

But which »Import PDF«-settings did they use when importing them in Photoshop or if they were placed in an existing image what are its Color Mode and bit depth?
