How to lay out and print multiple 2x3" photos on an 8.5x11" photo paper

I've always found printing physical copies of whatever I'm making in PS confusing. I'm hoping for a bit of guidance. How do I go about laying out multiple copies of a 2x3" picture on an 8.5x11" piece of photo paper? Thank you for your help.
