How to make this canvas blinking stop?

my canvas start blinking (saturation shift) when i use eyedropper tool. this only happened on my second monitor (dell U2414H) that i connect with my macbook. how do i fix this? thanks

Uncheck Show Sampling Ring in the Options bar which is just below menus. Is that your problem?
