how to modify duration in timeline function?

Hello there, i'm trying to insert 3 symbols on a background photo with using timeline function. however, i found that i could not adjust the duration of those 3 symbols on a frame with 3 different duration (such as 0.1 sec, 0.5 sec, 1 sec respectively). Is that possible to make it?

In A Frame Animation Timeline you can set any delay value for a frame delay per frame.  Video Timeline no.

    Could you please post meaningful screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Timeline, Options Bar, …) visible?
