How to move my selection in brush mode?

Hi I want to move my selection without clicking the selection tool but when I'm using my brush tool. (I use up, down, right, left to move it.) It was functional in previous versions.

ow I'm using photoshop 2020. The up, down, right, left button become switching the angle of the brush. Does someone knows how to close that?

while you pressing command key, it works as move tool.
