Hello everyone,
How can I overpaint the 3d rendered model as seen in the pictures? How should I set the layer settings? I would be glad if you help.

It looks like the model is all on one layer, but it also looks like the layer is a Smart Object, so double click the layer to open in a new window, and see if that splits thhe items making it easier to paint if you want to do it manually.

If you made the model, did you use Blender? Or is the model still in a 3D file format?  If so, you can use Blender, and if you are really keen, Substance to add texture and colour.

Give us some more details, and we'll find the best person to answer your question.
