How to put the photo out of the working space

i want to put a reference photo out of the working space as reference. Now i put the photo out of working space, it disappear and cannot select anymore. how to set or to do?

Hi Jackle,

Is the “reference photo” in the same Photoshop file or a separate one?

  • If it is in its own file, you’ll find it in the Window menu, and you can use the options Window > Arrange to bring it back.
  • If it’s in the same file and you dragged it out of view, then select the layer in the Layers panel, switch to the Move tool “V”, and drag it back into view.

Please clarify if this doesn’t answer your question.

Try going Window> Arrange> Float in All windows.
