How to recover files ?

Hello,

I'm an interior architecture and design student and I have Photoshop thanks to my school and my student status.
At the end of August, I log on to my Photoshop account on tablet and I see that my school has opted for a shared cloud, not an individual cloud as before. Unable to pay for an individual cloud, I click "accepted" for the shared cloud. Following my acceptance, I no longer have access to my old creations on my start menu. A year's worth of sketches, drawings and even a completed family tree.

My questions are: do you know if I can get my files back, and if so, how?

Many thanks in advance,

Camille

Hi @Camille32592019vhrq when you log into Creative cloud desktop - it should ask which ID you want to use - Personal or Business/Eduction. Choose the personal one to get access to your files as long as its still an active subscription they should be there.
